Group Fitness

Group fitness classes are one of the best and most effecient ways to get into the best shape of your life! Every workout is pre-planned to ensure a fun and safe workout that is extremely effective for achieving a higher fitness level. All you have to do is show up, give 110%, and we will guide all fitness levels through workouts that benefit all aspects of fitness. In Just  30 minutes expect to improve strength, increase speed and stamina, improve balance and coordination, tone muscles, and surpass workout plateaus. Group Fitness classes are offered 5 days a week.

 

 

 

Personal Training

Off the Wall Fitness offers personal training that will help find the fitness program and techniques that work best to maximize your results. The standard rate for personal training is $49 per hour. Contact us to benefit from one on one guidance to reach your personal fitness goals.
