Every workout session is led by an experienced, certified personal trainer and is designed to be fun and challenging while burning maximum calories in minimum time. Personalization is key to getting the best possible results, which is why our workout programs are modified to fit your goals and individual fitness level.
But unlike working on-on-one with a personal trainer, our workouts are done in a group setting that makes them fun, motivating, and challenging; AND it keeps the cost of the program affordable compared to private personal training sessions.
Off The Wall Fitness/Fit Body Boot Camp
Off the Wall Fitness is not your everyday run of the mill gym. We think outside the box and use off the wall techniques to combine all aspects of fitness to ensure a workout that is fun, safe, and extremely effective. If you are bored at your globo gym or your workouts are getting stagnant come check us out! The gym environment at Off the Wall Fitness is filled with a wide variety of people ranging from 16-65 years in age, some training for marathons, and some exercising for their first times. We've partnered with Fit Body Boot Camp to further maximize your results. Fit Body Boot Camp’s Unstoppable Fitness Formula workouts are designed to shed your unwanted body fat in the shortest amount of time possible while utilizing a new workout every time.

Following his passion for Lacrosse, Randy has devoted his time to educating both children and adults with the sport. He's expanded his knowledge around personal fitness as a whole and utilizing Off The Wall Fitness to help others reach and breach their potential. Randy caters to a wide range of clientele to help each and every one achieve their fitness goals.
